Small World, Big Family

I’m a connector. It’s part of my love language to bring people together who should know each other. To make the world a little smaller, to make our chosen families bigger. I also love connecting people with resources that can help them. Connecting people is how I pay it forward.

Learning as a way of Life

For me, positive change begins with knowledge: the “ah-ha” moments that change how we perceive the world forever.

The more knowledge we acquire about ourselves and others, and the more curiosity we bring to each interaction, the greater the chance of those “aha” moments happening. It’s in these moments we are able to evolve into our best selves.

Lead from the Heart

Letting my heart lead is a daily practice for me. It’s not always easy, and it’s not yet automatic. But when I give myself permission to live from my heart, I find that I am filled up so much more. My theory is, you can either live from fear, or you can live from love. Fear leads to catastrophic thinking and perfectionism. Love leads to flow and trust in the divine.
